How to Download Plugin?

You can download your purchased InnovativeWP plugins from the Codecanyon account only.

Steps to download plugin

Go to Codecanyon and sign in to your account.
Find the Downloads tab on your username.
You will find all of your purchases in the downloads tab.
Install the WordPress file only to get the plugin zip.

If you have downloaded the package file then unzip the folder to get the plugin.

How to Install Plugin?

Install InnovativeWP plugins into your WordPress dashboard with the following steps. You will need to upload .zip file.

Get the zip file of the plugin from codecanyon. From Here
Go to Plugins > Add New
Add the plugin into choose file section and click on install now.

Go to Installed Plugins
Find & Activate IWP Plugin

How to Activate License Plugin?

For our plugins to work and update correctly, the Purchase code must be activated. You will not receive any plugin updates or customer support without an active purchase code. To successfully operate your site with our plugins, you will need an activated purchase code.

You will find your purchase code from your codecanyon account.

How to get purchase code?

Log into your codecanyon account
Hover to your username at the top of the screen.
Go to Downloads
Click ‘Download’ next to the item for which you need the purchase code.
Click ‘License certificate & purchase code’
You will find your purchase code in the PDF file.

How to activate plugin using purchase code?

Go to your WordPress Dashboard
Activate Plugin
Go to InnovativeWP > Swatches > Envato Purchase Code
Add the purchase code that you recieved
Click on save.

Note – you will not get any plugin updates or support without active purchase code.

You will find Envato Purchase Code tab in plugin settings.

How to Renew Plugin License?

InnovativeWP provides 2 types of support licenses. It is based on what type of license you purchased. You can only upgrade your support license from codecanyon.

6 months support
12 months support

There are 2 options you have for renewing your license. which are

Support Renew

InnovativeWP follows Envato’s renewal policies. We would suggest either purchasing 12 months of support or extending your license before it’s expiry.

How to renew license?

Log into your account
Hover over your username and click ‘Downloads’ from the drop-down menu.
The downloads section displays a list of all the items purchased using your account.
Click on ‘Renew support now!’ or ‘Extend now’ next to the item you wish to renew the item support for and that’s it!

We are open to help with all types of issues regarding our plugins except personal customizations. Your active support period is the same as your codecanyon’s support period validity.

Go to https://innovativewp.org/support/tickets/
Click on Create Support Ticket from menu.
You will find a support ticket form, Fill it up.
Mention your Envato Purchase code if you are creating a support ticket for any pro version of our plugins.
You will receive an auto-generated response stating your support ticket is generated and our team member will be with you as soon as possible after that.

How to Update Plugin?

It is a very easy and simple setup to check for plugin updates in IWP Swatches, Follow the below steps,

Go to IWP Swatches > Swatches
Open Check for Updates Tab
If any update is available, you will see a update plugin notice
You will see a update plugin notice in your plugins area
Click on update to latest version
It will update automatically.
Make sure the purchase code is active to push updates.
