As you can see on the image above, You can show variation swatches into default WooCommerce product filters. If your theme allows you to show product filters on widgets then you can change the look of the filters.

For color based variations you choose weather to show colors, texts, color + text and more.
For image based variations you can choose to show only text, only images or images + text filters.

Filters are only activated if your theme provides functions for WooCommerce filters and only if your theme is compatible with WooCommerce.
