Q: Plugin Shows Cannot Process the QR Code?

A: In that case you have to check if you entered the wrong details or not. If details are correct then you have to contact in Snapscan Customer support to find if your account is deactivated or not.


Q: At the end of the checkout it shows “Payment Failes”.

A: Check for the settings if you have entered something incorrect. If not, then contact into snapscan support to see if you are not deactivated. Also, activate debug mode in WordPress from WP_CONFIG file and see what error comes on. Contact our technical team with that error and they will help you out.


Q: Missing callback token?

A: Find your callback token from your snapscan dashboard. You will find a tab for callback token in settings >> Snapscan Payment Gateway Settings.
