Plugin is not working properly.

Basic reasons why IWP ShipPlus is not working-

  • Pages are cached on your device. Please check the product page link on Incognito Mode or on a different device.
  • If you are using Speed optimizing or Caching plugins on your site. (Activate AJAX settings in this case)
  • The plugin is not configured correctly. Check Plugin Setup
  • Plugin incompatibility issues (Contact Technical Suppor Team in this case)

Misconfigured Payment Gateway

If you have setup shipping rules based on payment gateway, Make sure to check correct payment gateway is loading based on customer’s location.

It is a common misconfigured setup to show a payment gateway that is not available in setup region.

Cart Total & Order Total

Cart Total – Order’s total amount with shipping costs and tax

Order Total – Order’s total amount with only tax

It is important to understand the difference between cart and order total because customer may choose multiple shipping addresses by dividing order and shipping cost mat vary.

Ground Rates Error

If you are using ShipPlus conditional rules and shipping methods then sometimes you may see a new shipping rate provided by your chosen courier service apart from your defined.

It is not possible to control courier service’s various rates with any plugin, it can be showcased based on various reasons like standard and express delivery options.

If you are getting such price options, you will need to disable them manually with exclude options.
