How to Translate IWP EU VAT For WooCommerce Plugin?
You can follow these two methods to translate the plugin according to your requirements. Note that plugin is constantly updating and languages are added more and more, current version is completely translated in english and spanish.

Manual Method Of Translation
Poedit is a free translation editor software.
The original language file of the plugin is iwp-eu-vat-for-woocommerce.pot.
Download Poedit, the software through which you can translate the plugin text strings. Now open the file iwp-eu-vat-for-woocommerce.pot and click on the “Create new translation” button.
Select the language in which you want to translate the plugin.
Translate the strings according to your requirements.
then .po and .mo files will be created automatically in the “languages” folder of the plugin.
Note: Change the language of your WordPress site from Settings > General > Language
WPML Plugin For Translation
First of all, you need to purchase the WPML Multilingual CMS package as it includes the WooCommerce Multilingual settings.

Scanning and registering Strings for translation
To translate strings you need to scan the plugin in order to register the strings for translation.
You can do this by going to WPML -> Theme and plugins localization.
With WPML you can translate the strings in the required language.
Go to WPML -> String Translation.
You can also search for the string directly.

To translate the strings, simply click the plus icon under the language you want to translate your string into. Fill in the translation then click outside the translation field to save the translation.
Now the string will be correctly displayed in the selected language.
