Publish Catalog

Once you have completed all the previously explained docs, we can proceed to upload a product catalog.

To publish catalogs, we will be using feeds.

To start pushing catalogs to your BM Account, Follow the below steps.

  • Access Commerce Manager from Assets Tab
  • In commerce manager, create a new catalog by clicking on Add New Catalog
  • Select the best category that describes your product in the next step, or select “E-commerce” for general.

  • Choose upload product info in the next step.

  • Choose data feed as your product’s data source.

  • Now we will continue the process in the Instagram App.

Instagram App Connect

Login with your business account that is linked to BM and Facebook with app.

Go to profile settings > Business > Shopping > Setup Instagram Shopping

Follow the below steps.

  1. Click on Get Started with Shopping
  2. Connect your Facebook account if not connected
  3. Choose your facebook page from available
  4. You will find your BM pushed product catalogs, Choose your preferred
  5. Select your domain name in the next stage.
  6. Click on submit for review

 

After you receive approval from instagram about your account, Go to Settings > business > Shopping and select your product catalog and click on save.

Now, you will be able to tag products from catalog into your post as you add tags in images.
