After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

In cases that are below here, Return of the product may not be accepted. Which are

  • If the Customer plugin support section is used by the user from our team on issue solving.
    • case: Plugin is working properly but issue is related to other topics that are not related to plugins. In this case it will not be returnable.
    • case: Plugin is not working properly and creating some issues with the core plugin. We will try to solve the issue in 7 working days, If not possible then return will be accepted.
    • case: Theme compatibility issues, We have listed complete theme compatibility list on every product. Still you can contact our support for including your theme if you want, It takes around half day to make new theme compatible. If issues raised on theme compatibility, refund will not be accepted.
  • It may be not accepted if false information is provided returns reasons.
  • If plugin is installed on multiple domains. Return request will not be accepted.
